Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Etheon, Inc. handles personal data when you use Jeriko's website, waitlist, referral links, social sharing features, private beta, Discord or community spaces, and related communications.

This Policy does not replace separate enterprise agreements or data processing terms that may apply when Jeriko processes data on behalf of a customer.

• Contact data, such as email address, name, company, role, and messages you send us.
• Waitlist and referral data, such as referral codes, invite links, referral counts, queue position, source campaign, and access-wave status.
• Workflow submissions, such as prompts, workflow descriptions, tools involved, approval requirements, desired artifacts, and feedback.
• Usage and device data, such as IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies, analytics events, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Community data, such as Discord handle, posts, reactions, workflow drops, and moderation records if you join a Jeriko community space.

How we use personal data

• Operate the website, waitlist, referral mechanics, private beta access, and community programs.
• Send access updates, product announcements, security notices, and support responses.
• Understand demand, prioritize access waves, improve user experience, and develop Jeriko features.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, spam, scraping, security incidents, and unauthorized access.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and property of Etheon, users, and others.

Sharing and processors

We may share personal data with service providers that help us host the website, store waitlist data, send email, run analytics, secure systems, process support requests, and operate community or product infrastructure.

We may also share data with affiliates under common control, in business transfers, when required by law, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Jeriko may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember locale or referral context, measure usage, protect against abuse, and improve the waitlist experience. Referral cookies may be retained for a limited period to attribute signups.
