Who we are

Jeriko is operated by Etheon, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal office at 524 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94105. Etheon AI LTD, a United Kingdom limited company with its principal office at 3rd Floor Suite, 207 Regent Street, London, England, W1B 3HH, may also support international operations.

These Terms govern your access to the Jeriko website, waitlist, referral program, private beta, Discord or community spaces, software previews, and any related services we make available.

Access and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use Jeriko. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Founding access, waitlist placement, private beta invitations, referral rewards, and Discord roles are discretionary. We may approve, delay, revoke, or refuse access to protect users, systems, and product quality.

Permitted use

You may use Jeriko only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the prompts, workflow descriptions, files, links, feedback, and other materials you submit.

• Do not misuse the waitlist, referrals, or access waves.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, approvals, or beta controls.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Do not use Jeriko output as the sole basis for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or materially significant decisions without independent review.

Workflow content and AI output

Jeriko may process workflow prompts, context, tool descriptions, approval instructions, artifacts, and related data to show or operate autonomous workflow runs. AI output can be probabilistic, incomplete, or inaccurate.

You retain the rights you have in content you provide. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use outputs generated for you, but you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on or publishing them.

Private beta changes

Jeriko is in private beta. Features may change, break, be removed, or be limited without notice. We may suspend or discontinue beta access, queues, referral mechanics, or community programs at any time.

Third-party services

Jeriko may integrate with third-party tools, model providers, analytics providers, communication platforms, hosting providers, databases, and community services. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Intellectual property

Etheon and its licensors retain all rights in Jeriko, including the software, designs, systems, models, trademarks, logos, and underlying technology. These Terms do not grant you rights to use Etheon or Jeriko branding except as expressly allowed in writing.

Disclaimers and liability

Jeriko is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the private beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Etheon disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Etheon, its affiliates, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Before starting a formal dispute, contact legal@etheon.ai and allow a reasonable opportunity for informal resolution.
